Connecting Individual User Profiles to Your CampusShip Account
Shared UPS profile credentials create security risks. Create unique profiles for each user to stay protected while sharing your account information.
- Step 1: Identify users that will need access to the shared profile and capture their name, email, and functionality needed.
- Step 2: Create unique log in credentials for each user to avoid security risks.
- Step 3: Log In and select “CampusShip Administration” from the dropdown menu, then add new or invite existing users to the company for shared access.
- Note: You can create multiple profiles at once using a CSV file upload.
- Step 4: Assign each user the correct privilege set to match their access requirements.
- Note: A company administrator may be needed to validate and add users. We recommend that each company designate at least 2 admins to ensure continuous access.
- Step 5: Have each user log in with an individual profile and confirm they can complete required tasks.
- Resolve any missing access.

How are new users onboarded into UPS CampusShip?
Users are onboarded by a CampusShip administrator after the company is enrolled. Each user receives a User ID, a link to the company’s unique CampusShip URL, and a temporary password to complete first time login.
Can different users have different roles?
Yes. CampusShip supports multiple roles, including Company Administrator, Location Administrator, and Shipper, each with different levels of access. Your organization’s CampusShip administrator manages user roles, billing access, and shipping permissions.
